I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who attended The University of Saint Joseph Connecticut. My experience includes the outpatient level of care for individuals with Clinical depression, Anxiety disorder, Dual diagnoses, PTSD, ADHD, Bipolar disorder, Schizophrenia, etc. I completed my clinical orientation at a VA hospital in Newington, Connecticut which includes Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Group Therapy, and Medication Management. Substance abuse and addiction are an area of interest. I apply the principal of the biopsychosocial model in my patient care. My mission is to reduce the stigma of mental illness. Some of my hobbies and interests include gardening, walking, and traveling.
